"Show a commitment to our clients. Focus on quality and you'll have no problem."

"I've gotten to my current role faster than anyone and I appreciate that. However, in our current state, the opportunities to move up have slowed down."

"Stop looking at just reports and making decisions based on that. Hear what the people doing the work are saying and let that play some part into decision making."

"Be on your game. Dow wants to hire smart, dedicated people in the IT market. Dow is willing to train you in the selected technology provided you can do the job."

"Too quick to reach the max job level. I reached my last promotion level after only 10 years. Since that time Dow has become extremely flat."

"Determine a better way to utilize older workers. Too often, older workers get shuttled off to the side because they are not advancing."

"This is the type of company that doesn't have surprises. Very transparent. Easy to give your opinion and have it be heard."

"Be honest, straightforward and people that are job hoppers need not apply. this is a lifetime company and you don't find those around very often."

"I Live far away and have a commute of more than 40 miles."
