"This company has been sold and its technology has been transferred to another entity."

"Sometimes deadlines required very long hours. Sometimes sprints through the night."

"Management was always honest and straightforword with the employees. Other companies should do the same."

"The freedom to work from home and set my own schedule."

"If you're interested in a place were talent is rewarded this is not the company for you."

"they way they ingore the firms documented values. You cannot claim to value talent, and then dismiss it because its time to reward it"

"Read their vision statement, one of their stated marketing points to the talent of their people. But their willingness to favor cost over talent does not align with that motto."

"They trust my ability to get the job done and are flexible with my personal issues. They are also flexible with working comp time because vacation is not much."

"Most of the people are a blast to work with and the technologies they are now starting to research help with career learning advancement."

"Be aware that compensation is based upon and directed by MMC and how they do in the markets regardless of how your individual company does."

"Since it's owned by MMC, a multi-billion dollar company, in many ways the employees are treated as a number that can always be replaced without the consideration of losing valuable experience."

"Stop being so money driven. Be people driven and the money will come."
