"One of my favorite parts of being a Lead Recruiter is the ability to influence and shape the office culture and attitude. We have high standards at Insight Global and instilling a sense of urgency of everyone beginning on day 1 has been a major contribution to our success."
"The opportunity to train individuals was a great learning experience. The expectation of maintaining the same call numbers, and spread value while meeting with individuals some times 3 times a day is outrageous. Also to take a whole week out of your working schedule to go though the official training is looked down upon. I often had to stay an extra 4 hours every night (14 hour day) to make up for my missed time in my desk."

"Insight Global is one of the few companies that is willing to invest as much time and energy as it takes to make someone successful. The key to success at Insight Global is a positive attitude and good work ethic. Management will give you all of the guidance and tools to get you to wherever you want to be."

"Be yourself, drive conversation, and be energetic. The interview is very conversational and focuses on connectability."
What don't you like about working at Insight Global?
"I can honestly say that there is not one thing that I dislike about Insight Global."

"Continue to learn and grow as the organization does. Expanding so rapidly we need to ensure that we are continuing to adapt while keeping the same culture and ideals that made us this successful in the first place."

"Don't be afraid to ask what the pay is and what exactly your job details will consist of."

"The lack of opportunity for growth even though it is told there is. The financial security of the job and the commission."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow the recruiter a chance to have higher commission if the base salary is low. Don't try to make personal friends with the workers, then switch to boss mode if something happens. Have an established relationship and stick to it."

"Just be yourself and illustrate your long term goals. If the person has the right attitude and works hard then the mentor can help guide that individual to achieve his or her goals."

"I don't like doing the books and the up keeping of all the financial records which takes away my time to get new business."

"I believe in high pressure situations or environments; the key is balance with work, family and time off."
