What do you like about working at JPMorgan?
"I enjoyed learning about the financial industry in reference to the retail banking side. It helped me gain a broader knowledge of all aspects of finance."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"In reference to their retail banking sector, it is impossible to move up and extremely impossible to cross over into JPMorgan Chase."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"The managers do not care about their employees. They need to realize that, in order to have a good work environment with positive, creative minds working, they need to treat their employees better."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would fire the HR representative who hired my assistant manager given that, as a manager, she is clearly not qualified for the job. I would also tell my head manager to stop picking favorites and to not talk about employees behind their backs. This isn't 8th grade."

"I liked the prestige and the professional environment. The people were very fun to work with and were team players."

"It was the best job for me as far as a professional job, but I had issues with the hourly pay at that time with my life responsibilities."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"The hourly pay wasn't enough for the job duties and responsibility that I was doing at that time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Offer more training for employees who are willing to improve themselves. Ask to increase the hourly pay for individual employees."
What do you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"The hours were good - 9 to 5 and some Saturday hours."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"When it was Wachovia it was good, but the Wells Fargo system was bad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not give too much of a load of work on tellers."

"I like working for Wells Fargo because of the benefits and the reputation of the company."

"Hard work always pays off although it may not be in the form one initially perceived."
What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?
"I don't like working for Wells Fargo because the opportunities for advancement outside of retail are non-existent."

"As a mid-level manager, I often hear that team members hate the culture of micromanaging that has developed at Wells Fargo."

"The manager never motivated me, there was no chance to advance throughout the company, and I felt like an outsider."

"I did not like the managers who did not have compassion for struggling customers who were doing everything they could to make ends meet."
