"What I love the most about my position is that I am responsible for the way the characters project their personalities on screen. I do not like to use the word hate, I would say that the real challenge comes in creating new content for an already existing style, as a work for hire company, I am often limited to a very specific which I usually don't get to influence too much more."

"Stable career with a lot of opportunities for growth. Customers include those in the Federal Government and Military, so working with CACI helps the Nation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As with any company, managers should listen to people doing the work, and be careful about statistics presented without frequent discussions to workers."
