"There was a team effort to complete tasks. If someone was behind in their workload others would come help when they were finished. The workload wasn't too bad, and given the option to only work 4 days a week. Equipment provided to use was in decent working conditions. The pay and compensation was a little lower than expected for working long hours in the dead heat of summer. I believe there should have been more bonus recognition for those who did commendable work for customers and provided a great experience."
