"Learning new technologies and becoming an expert in those technologies."

"No, just be yourself, be honest, and make sure that layoffs are not around the corner for another 900 coworkers."
What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?
"I was laid off, but mostly the lack of accountability."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communicate between different departments much better than currently being done."
