"I worked for Larissa Loden in 2022 when she opened her shop. The CEO and founder is manipulative and chooses to defend/spend her time with racists, transphobes, and other "girlbossy" white women. Part-time workers are expected to work well over 40 hours a week with no health benefits at slightly higher than minimum wage. Your coworkers will be fresh out of college white girls, because those are the easiest to take advantage of, in terms of wage theft. The jewelry is ok, but made with lower quality stuff, thus the lower price range. Don't waste your time here - find a better place to work."
