"Make decisions in a timely manner and be open to changing the timeline if the new outcome is unrealistic."

"Management does not give clear directions. Everyone is unhappy and many people have been laid off. The stock is only worth $4.00 and it doesn't look like the company is going anywhere. Too bad, they were at the top of their game at one time."

"Lantronix is having financial problems and are trying to work them out. It has been 2-3 years and they have not made progress."

"Management needs to make a change to get the company profitable. They need to make some hard financial decisions."
