Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes apply for the internal positons, such as; Chief of Party's (Head Surveyor) Drafts Person etc...."

What don't you like about working at Sage?

"Did not get advancemet when it was writen for pay raise and as asked to perform tasks that pay much higher."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of field personell that use drugs drink and continuosly show up to work whenever they choose."

"Watch out for construction lay-off's. They start you out career oriented but its just labor and construction so its up and down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The office managers should not be in the field surveying they were no good for business and were non producers"
