"I have been apart of Lakewood Reserve for 4-5 months and would not recommend working here. The executive director is incompetent and unable to distinguish from professional and personal life. In addition, there is a tendency to also have directors push failures on to lower level staff instead of taking responsibility for their decisions and actions. I also do not agree with their ethics and morals when taking care of the residents. There is clearly a lack of care for the residents there. It’s all about the profit in the building instead of caring for the residents."
