Ladder Up Employee

"Hopefully, things have changed since I worked there but in my experience, I would echo the sentiments of my peers who negatively reviewed the company. There is no opportunity to grow there, no training, transparency, or respect at this organization. Communication is also terrible from day one. This is a dead-end job. You will regret working here!"

"The management always finds someone to blame The management always finds someone to blame for all that didn't go how they exactly wanted things to be. Even when they're obviously at fault, they still push it to someone else."
