"I have been with the company for the last 14 years. With the change in management the support has fallen. Decisions are made with no consultation with senior management and it impacts the overall operations. There has been many cutbacks in departments but the jobs still remain the same and number of tasks have increased with less people and more work to be performed and lack of funding to get things done appropriately. At the current state I would not recommend this company for employment."
