"I really enjoyed working with the temp employees and helping them find the right positions. A staffing company is only as good as the employees they place out. I had the opportunity to work with some very hard working great individuals who went far beyond what was expected."

What don't you like about working at LaborWorks?
"LaborWorks, unfortunately, does not have any growth or learning potential as a company. Once you are hired, you stay are your salary rate permanently. There is a significant lack of training for the duties expected of you. When requested, for example, for more sales training in order to make goals, you are expected to figure it out on your own."

"My suggestions for management would be to listen to the employees and take their opinions seriously. If they ask for assistance, have a desire to learn more about the company or want to discuss issues, management should heed the responsibility to proved at least answer to those questions."
