What don't you like about working at Los Angeles Community College District?
"I didn't have a problem with the district, I had a problem with the administration at the school I was teaching at. I received no interaction from my department head. I worked there 6 years, never had a review. The department head barely knew me and because of that I missed out on a lot of information and conferences. Now my class is no longer being offered."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have better communication with their staff. Contact them via email in lieu of putting things in their mail boxes when the teachers are part time they are not on campus more than one day a week."
