"Provide a work environment where there is not so much empire building and conflict."

"My job at L3 was the best job I have ever had. I was given as much responsibility as I wanted and the support needed to succeed."

"If offered a job, take it. L3 was a good company to work for. It was sometimes hard to get a pat on the back, but the work was exciting and the company allowed you to follow it through from concept to conclusion."

What don't you like about working at L-3?

"I do not work for L3 any longer. What I didn't like was that they laid me off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I were there I would place less importance on landing government contracts and more importance on finding acceptable markets for our products."
