"L3 comm is a great company that knows the contract business. I enjoy my current boss and the people I work with."

What don't you like about working at L-3?

"Unfortunately there is no growth or raises. What you make is what you make."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Maybe give some gratuity or some type of goal to the employees. I think to have something besides having a job will make more faithful and happy employees. I do truly love the company though."
