"probably be a bit more organized and have activities for the kids instead of just putting them to work"

"I enjoyed interacting with the students at the center. Although some were trouble, it was always rewarding to work with them and instruct them."

"It is a job that will become rather exhausting and repetitive."

"The assignments given to students requires a large amount of time grading. It was difficult to attempt to grade papers while attending to students at the same time."

"Kumon allowed me to help students with their mathematical and english skills. I not only test their strengths and weaknesses in these areas but also allowed me to strengthen mine as well by grading and reviewing their problems."

What don't you like about working at Kumon?

"After working for a year or so, I felt like I obtained as much experience as I can. I felt that with my knowledge I did not find the challenge I was seeking for."
