Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not apply for any job with Kubra Data Transfer. This company will lower your moral, it's hard to fight off and when you get yourself together if your able to, you'll leave anyway with wasted time."
What don't you like about working at KUBRA?
"The CEO is not smart enough to keep this company above water. He is currently dressing it up with cover ups to sell it by the goal deadline this year. Moral is extremely low, employees over all also felt entitled and had horrible life outlooks. Working environment has no windows and 2 short breaks a day to see the light outside. Pay is low and expected with a company running out of money and losing clients."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is horrible and they hardly deal with any problems. I've actually seen managers throw out customer bills that were ripped in machines and then not have them reprinted. This happens almost everyday (most of the time employees just throw out bills). This company is unreliable and I would never work nor hire this company to print and mail material to my clients. I've seen all their big clients leave in the past year or two. Ultimately no one cares about your information printing correctly and delivered to your client, they just worry about not loosing business. This obviously does not work and is why the company is failing."
