"I have worked at Kubota for 10 years now. Overall great place to work. Working at Kubota is definitely a life style. You will work a lot of hrs and as a regular employee it can be a very Physically demanding job."

"Overall, Kubota is a very good company to work for. They have good benefits and they treat their engineers well by providing with yearly raises and bonuses. They help the engineers improve and advance in their engineering or management careers. However, the work environment can improve. The main reason is that being a Japanese company, there is a lot of pressure to get the job done and there is a lot of overtime work, which is to be expected. Also, the vacation time is not very flexible. Finally, the company needs Japanese coordinators to ensure that everything gets done their way, so there is a lot of discrepancies between the American and Japanese counterparts, and unfortunately the engineers are caught in the middle. Other than that, I would recommend it to other fellow engineers."
