"Good company but built as an engineering firm that happens to also do surveying. Surveying is the bastard step-child."

"Little chance of advancement. Lack of authority in position I hold, given the degree of responsibility."

"Turn the surveying over to surveyors to run, rather than civil engineers with no experience in surveying. Create advancement oportunities within the company."

"Weren't open to me taking any days off. No one else could do my job and it created alittle problem when taking off for sick children, doctors app, etc."
