"Overall Krost CPAs is great company to start. The restaurant business management however is a different story. Most of the time it is spent have internal meetings to discuss how to have a meeting with a client. Can’t have any creative ideas, even if it helps the clients it is only about how much you can squeeze out the client. Time is recorded by the 15 minutes. If there is a task that goes over you will be subjected to a review and possibly terminated. Unrealistic expectations versus reality. Management is not even CPA and none of the management in this department do actual accounting they are there to monitor that you reply to emails within 10 min of receiving them otherwise you will be asked to do so immediately even if it is not urgent."
