"If you're up for a challenge and derive a feeling of success from large amount of work, you will love it here. If you're looking for a small, boutique firm where you get to know everyone, this might not be the place for you."

What don't you like about working at Krohn & Moss?

"The office manager at our office was unorganized and misrepresented the job and what was required to new hires. This made it difficult for existing employees as the responsibility for bringing new hires up to speed meant extra work and stress in addition to the work already assigned."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure that your new hires fully understand the job, the hours, and levels of responsibility. Hire a more organized office manager."
