"Kroger is an amazing company with great advances. Great people, good pay and great benefits"
"Working at Kroger Technologies has been quite an experience. I've learned the basics of how the food retail industry works which has given me a new perspective, Food and the supply chain are a part of everyday life. We go about our lives walking through grocery stores without stopping to think of the complexity of how good healthy food arrives. We simply want what we want when we want it and it is interesting when you understand just how the industry works to deliver it."
"I started working for Kroger at first and saw it as a beautiful flower. However, the longer I worked there I saw it become something else. The Kroger "empire" is a large family of stores with over 500,000 employees. They are very frugal with small purchases, yet willing to spend large amounts of money if it means saving time and money - overall improving the bottom-line. As an example of small purchases: if EVERY employee took an unnecessary $1 notepad - twice a month for a year - that would be 12-million dollars in notepads alone. So, the monitoring of small things like: pens, notepads, batteries, post-its, etc., is monitored very closely."
"I worked for the dillons warehouse and there is too many chiefs not enough Indians. You have 4-6 different supervisors at all times. 3-4 may not do anything all day. They don't know their job or how to be in charge. They blame you for their problems they cause."
"I do not wish to leave a review"
"I have been with Kroger for 10+ years. They treat their employees with respect and provide great training programs."
"It was a great company. Management was very helpful"
