"I’ve been with the company for several years now, and it’s gone downhill in that time. They’re owned by Independent Pet Partners (IPP). They have a use it or lose it policy with PTO, but no one can use their PTO because they’re allegedly short-staffed. Promotions are pretty much non-existent. Staff is overworked and extremely underpaid and abused by both customers and management. There’s also been numerous FMLA, wage theft, OSHA, EEOC, and other legal violations going on. I’m amazed they’re still in business."
"I worked for Kriser's Natural Pets since 2017. Since being bought out by IPP, the company has only gone downhill. The CEO does not "believe" in annual raises, either for merit or cost of living. There is zero opportunity for career advancement and blatant HR violations go ignored. This company is far removed from Brad Kriser's original dream."
