What do you like about working at Krames StayWell?

"I like the type of products that we sales and the markets we serve. Our products are used by clinicians at the point of care that improve patient outcomes from surgery and other ailments."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company is owned by a private equity firm. Their intent is to hold the company for a few years and then sell it. As a private equity company, they buy and sell companies that require debt covenants. Although the debt they incur is not directly related to my current company, but to comply with other covenants and financial obligations the investors use our cash flow for other areas... basically the capital is not invested back into the organization I work for. Due to the current economy, these obligations are impacting opportunities and growth at the company."

What don't you like about working at Krames StayWell?

"The company lacks opportunity for advancement for employees that are not in the corporate headquarters located in Utah."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My recommendation to management is to understand the impact of new legislation and medical advancements that are creating new opportunities for new products and services. There are so many changes ocurring in our industry that we are not captializing on."
