"I’ve worked for Koroseal for over five years. It is a growing company with many opportunities for those willing to relocate to Kentucky to where is manufacturing processes have moved. It is a good company with a team-oriented atmosphere and excellent employees that pride themselves on going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations."
"Lack of Systems & Technologies: gathering data to analyze is impossible. It's 2016, everything is manual input and tables are out of sync affecting perpetual inventory. CI is not really CI here - There are no lean mfg. initiatives but only stating it on their "portfolio". No one here knows CI , Kaizen or 5S . High Scrap and old machines. Production Floor leadership lacks any coaching or training skills as they were just operators themselves just a year ago. They have low retention rates. Not even an absentee bonus would keep hourly's from leaving because of the production leadership. Questionable bookings and billing processes. Insurance benefits are below average for the region."
"Koroseal Interior Products is a traditional manufacturing and distribution company that was formerly the polymer division of B.F. Goodrich. KIP is a mixture of traditional midwest company culture and a modern fast paced business. Many new initiatives and forward moving projects take place alongside traditional processes that have not changed in years. The company is looking at an upside in growth and modernization with a new owner and a new forward looking CEO."
