"Reward and respect your employees more. They will stay and do a better job for you."

"Good manager. Approaching candidates, interesting sales/marketing executives in life sciences sector and meeting clients in Interesting life sciences sector/products."

"Dont be impressed by their sales pitch of global operations yada yada. If you connect with one of the partners interviewing: try to understand what drives her/him and if you feel comfortable working under that person."

What don't you like about working at Korn/Ferry Int'l?

"Big ego consultants/senior client partners very protective of their accounts (of course) and working against each other in same local office/market. Sensitive and political organization, non-sharing of info, non-trusting, hierarchical, old fashioned, slow moving. No team environment, no vision just chasing accounts giving work a meaningless side."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give staff more flexibility and trust in terms of working hours/location. Try to build stronger teams and avoid egocentric consultant mindset."
