"I had flexible hours and a great commute. The people were very nice there too."

"I laugh with my co-workers a lot. Met some great people who are in a rut like me and need the job."

"I wouldn't apply if I were a job hunter. There's very little opportunity for growth. Income has been declining for the last 12 months. Find something else."

What don't you like about working at Kondaur Capital?

"Job being threatened every week. Working weekends on trades we know won't materialize. Micro-managed. We only have about 2 hours of work daily, but have to put in a 10 hour day."

"They won't listen. The company has too many layers of bureaucracy. More energy spent negotiating through internal bureaucracy than with borrowers."

"Be polite and respectful and always have an open mind for ideas. Surround yourself with talent that you feel confident about and allow them to use their talent."

"Lack of job security -- always concerned that you are going to get fired if you don't close a minimum of 5 deals"

"To build a company for the longer term, they need to build loyalty and build the teaming spirit. They need to learn how to value 'substance over form' - Management's philosophy is that success is all about relationships. Little recognition of educated people like myself."
