"The trust given from your coworkers all the way up to the company president. The culture was amazing including fun events like dodge ball Fridays and family barbecues."

"Just be yourself. Supervisors at this company believe everyone has something great to offer and are looking for those great things."

What don't you like about working at K'nowbe?

"The unfortunate mismanagement with contracts which later led to major financial issues and major lay offs, but I believe this made the company stronger and will benefit from this experience."

"A more direct interaction between software developers and their direct customers, the employees working with the created software tools and their applications."
