"Medieval work culture and environment. This company touted its great work/life balance when courting me but it was anything but this. My manager DID allow me to work from home but he micromanaged me from the very beginning. It was HELL. The expected you to work weekends and evenings most weekends. They frowned on any resistance to do so. Still a waterfall shop with impossible deadlines. Very bad place to work."
