"Company is currently pursuing a huge number of initiatives and seems to lack the ability to focus or properly prioritize resources. This leads to constantly competing priorities, difficulty executing successfully and extreme difficulty with work/life balance for associates."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pick a set of key initiatives and focus on delivering those extremely well rather than trying to do everything at the same time. Also, be honest, transparent and consistent in hiring, outlining roles/responsibilities and setting goals."
