"KLM was not so good to work for because of the Paul Walters personality. He was very disrespectful to his employees many times and never considered others opinions. To avoid conflict, certain employees would work from home. Many times I felt uncomfortable because of disrespectful comments he would make about customers after getting off a call with them. However, the benefits he offered was very excellent. Paid time-off and holiday pay. The associates and sells representatives were easy to get along with! I feel Paul Walter is a very smart person however he does not understand how to manage or talk to people."
"I learned a lot as a intern at KLM. I learned how to network and deal with all types of people. Attending networking events and meeting new people helped my communication skills. The experience at KLM was great! Working with all types of businesses was a challenge, I learned how to adapt to different situations."
