"The challenge of building the machines and the success of watching the machines work at the speeds required by the customer. Knowing that I was helping to build the best machines possible for the customer to use in the field."

"Be open, Honest, and up front with them, have an understanding of the company prior to walking in to the interview and most of all, read the contract before signing!"

"I was getting paid a salary of 56,000.00 and working 10 to 12 hour days and most saturdays. I don't mind working, and I did enjoy the work that I did, but at the same time, I like to be compensated for the time I give to the company"

"Managers should listen to the people that work on the floor, but at the same time, they should also listen to the supervisors who run the floors. weigh the options and have a more solid background on the situation before making a decision."
