"The owner is a crook who loved to make sure you got paid as little as possible. If I found a lead, that ended up being a house customer he would only pay me $100.00 per deal. He also took commissions out of my pocket. He also has a worthless sales manager."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The sales manager needed to learn to sell and not use her body tom sell. The owner needs to work on managing his people better and not be sooooo greedy."
