"I've worked for Kinetix Technologies for almost three years between 2017 and 2019. There are two main services provided: ongoing IT support (i.e. desktop support) and one-time IT projects (e.g. email migrations, office setups). Kinetix is an extremely fluid and fast-paced company with next to no micro-managing and handholding. You are allowed to make your own decisions/mistakes and are essentially an autonomous unit. This type of culture is ideal for someone who is completely self-motivated and self-directed. There is minimal red tape to run into and you are allowed to solve problems and implement projects however you see fit. However, I would not recommend Kinetix to someone who prefers a clear career track in a company with established operational processes. The organization strives for continuous improvement, which entails frequent changes to processes, tools, and teams. One needs to be able to adapt and adjust in order to succeed at Kinetix. The defining aspect of Kinetix's culture is the ubiquitous use of feedback for both organizational and individual performance. Feedback is given often, openly, and publicly with the goal of continuous improvement. This can be difficult for many new employees to adapt to, as all your mistakes will be seen by the entire company. Those who succeed at Kinetix, are the ones that are able to view constructive feedback objectively, and then act upon it. In short, Kinetix provides ample learning and growth opportunities for those that can thrive in a dynamic environment. However, the culture is not suited for everyone and one should think thoroughly about whether or not it is the right place to work."
