"Interesting product. Current control technology. Demanding customers. Company is coming off a slow period and very busy. Lots of training going on because of new staff. Local schools don't teach the high in demand skills they need to build the product. The job is what you make it but come to work to do work as it can be physical at times with large breaker, bus work and transformers."
