"Up until recently, I have not had a complaint. However, I was laid off. This would be my only complaint that the industry was down and therefore I was laid off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure that you work well with your staff and uplift them. Make sure your staff is fully trained and capable of handling situations without you there. Always promote team work and always listen for suggestions on how work can be completed more efficiently."

"The whole organization has a positive vibe. Leadership is awesome. The CEO takes a personal interest in each department and employee. People are there because they love working with people and making a difference."
