"Enjoyed working with the managers and staff. Also company would assist in keeping good employees in other positions, so not to loose them."

"Be open to accept other positions if the one your applying for isn't available, then if it comes open would have a good chance to move into that position."

"I didn't really enjoy doing the medical staff credentialing required by the position."

"Make sure you have some medical experience so you can assist others a lot quicker."

"Temp position, not knowing when I would be let go and once the new Manager was hired, working for her was difficult due to what I was responsible for before she was hired and how that changed."

"Make sure employees know what is expected from them instead of letting them hang themselves and then correct the situation."

"A lot of good people worked for Kindred."

"No, not really. I worked for the company for over 13 years. Just be yourself."

"Poor management from the Central Business Office."

"I think Kindred needs to do a better job @ who they bring in as a manager. Past experience shows they pick poor management. (Central Business Office)."

"Pray and seek God before you do because you will encounter individuals who will not support you so try to be a team player as best as you can. Use the policies and procedures and just try to have fun and laugh as much as you can if you start working for Hindred health care"

"Complete avoidance to compliance issues relating to customer service/ quality related issues. Now this is for the Kindred Modesto facility and their management team."

"Don't be afraid of learning how to effectively work with the team you have instead of trying to get rid of them. Also, allow the laws that support customer service/ quality of care to guide your everyday business practices."

"The challenge of pretty much being a man band, I would say 75 to 80% of the time. The face pase environment, the challenges that came my way and overcame and proved it to my dept. director and other depts. Most of all, the staff. Not only I developed a professional relationship with them. But as well as a personal relationship too."

"Not being able to get help if needed. The director of the dept had put a hold on hiring another person. But we didn't know why she didnt pursued it. Even until the day I left."

"It was a great company. Just wasn't able to withstand the economy. The name of the company was Eagle Health Care"

"Interaction with different areas in the medical field, including patient contact. I also enjoyed my independence while working. Enjoyed the patient education and M.D. contacts"

"It was a good company just not ran professionally enough to withstand the economy. So the company folded."
