"I cannot think of anything that I liked about Kimstaff HR. Some of the employees there are nice but most of them are not."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"In my opinion don't be sad if you don't get the job. It is a blessing! If you do get the job then keep your head down and just try to stay out of the drama. Don't talk to anybody about anything other than work or it will come back to haunt you and be used against you."

What don't you like about working at KimstaffHR?

"When I was working there I felt like there was a major disconnect between upper management and the lower level employees. It felt like high school behavior and made me very uncomfortable. There was a lot of catty behavior and a lack of humanity. For a small company they have a high turnover rate but that's not at all surprising to me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop scaring your employees into submission and start listening to them. Treat all employees with respect that they deserve because they work hard to make the company run smoothly. I would bet that if you did an employee satisfaction survey that was completely anonymous you would find that most of your employees are not happy (including managers). Please treat everyone with dignity and respect that is genuine."
