"Kimpton is where I learned to manage and understand a larger business environment in working with citywide conventions while juggling a client base for three separate hotels (Serrano, Palomar and Monaco). Also I love being apart of such a postive and fast-growing company."

"I enjoyed selling the Kimpton brand but I missed selling for one hotel property - there is lack of connection and thus passion when you sell for more than one hotel."

"East Coast Kimpton does not share the same total value system of the West Coast Kimptons. Company may have grown a little too fast in past 5 years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to address massive amounts of turnover. Hard to claim best place to work when you see the amount of talent that goes through the East Coast region."

"West Coast - come with your ideas. East Coast - just say yes sir no mam."

"Regions that Kimpton has set up operate very differently. Alot of turn over in the East Coast region which I was not expecting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Kimpton came out of the West - style of the West needs to get control over the Eastern Region which has been out of control with staffing."
