What do you like about working at Kilroy Realty?
"The company is quite nimble for a publicly owned REIT. Though there are definite policies and processes, as long as the employee/department/company is supportin and/or improving the mission of Kilroy, ideas are welcomed and largely employed. Decisions are usually supported as long as there is good logic behind the decision, and supervisors tend to go to bat for their reports."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would do like you do in every other facet of your life: be honest, eager, exhibit a willingness to work and be a team player. Teamwork is valued at Kilroy. Willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done is also very much valued."
