"I've worked with Kiewit since 2018 and although they are one of the largest and most successful construction companies in the world they do not treat their employees with the best intent. If you are field operations you will work 70-80 hours a week and almost every Saturday. You will get to build very cool projects but the structures on the jobs are not organized. Kiewit talks about how their employees are their "number one asset" but they will also tell you how replaceable you are every week."
