"The pay is only worth it if you are going to work long term and get into the stock program"

What don't you like about working at Kiewit Corp.?

"Management expects you to adjust your personal life to fit your job. Expect to work long hours (70-80), move around frequently with little or no warning, and you wont be able to spend much time with your family! Also, time to do the things you enjoy: hobbies and weekly activities are eaten up by work. Promotions seem more aligned with who puts in the most face time opposed to what work you actually accomplished."

"Let people know when they are doing a good job."

"From time to time the job locations were out in the middle of no where"

"Management does a pretty good job. Most of the managers knew what they were doing. Give everybody a chance."
