"The experience is very good you learn alot in a short amount of time, you manage up to 20 guys at a time and learning how to be as efficient as possible"

"Cut back on hours and the safety policies are so extreme its hard to get anything done or not done by the current up to date by the hour safety rules"

"Sort it out lads - the IT/IM restucturing. Also don't tell people there will be layoffs and then leave everyone hanging with no news or updates for months."
