What do you like about working at Kids II?

"The immediate team was great. I made friends I still see and they kept me sane while working there. Plenty of company events if that is your thing.(not mine however)"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are OK with with leaving in the exact same position you will be hired with a 2% cost of living offset in salary then accept the position. If you do accept the position and you want that promotion even if it's undeserved then join the Friday morning bible group. Yes, bible group."

What don't you like about working at Kids II?

"Youre possibility for growth virtually does not exist. Be prepared for new staff several times a year as people will either be fired or leave out of frustration(I left). Gossip and favoritism seem to be the main contributor to employees frustration. The office is designed with bright colors and playful patterns, but the culture does not promote individuality so don't let it fool you."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay competitive to regional growth with salary and title. Drastically reduce middle management and increase the doers. Over-all treat your staff better or your best will keep leaving."

"I worked at Kids II for about a year and a half and it's safely the worst company that I have ever worked for in my life. They are grossly understaffed and all the people being laid off or quitting doesn't help. The company doesn't care about your welling and only interest in how much blood and sweat they can get out of you. This company is not fast paced just grossly disorganized. I would only take a job here as a last resort and if you do, I wouldn't plan on staying long. This place suuuuuuuuuucks."

"I can safely say with certainty this is the most unscrupulous an worst company in 15+ years of employment history that I have ever worked at. If you read anything positive about this company online it's fake. They routinely place fake reviews on their own website and over the internet to make their products and company look great. Now this is a bold claim so I advice you to do your own research so you too can see how horrible of a company this is. 1) Use LinkedIn to contact current and past employees. They you know you are talking to a real person. I almost certain +80% will say it sucks. Not just bad but sucks. As I said before anything positive is fake. 2) If you get an interview, ask "Why is this position open"? , "How many people in this department have QUIT or been let go in the past 30 days" ? The answer will shock you. Kids II is a revolving door. I really don't have anything positive to say other than the office is really nice so here's a list of things that sucks about kids II. 1) Upper management has no clue on how to run a company. They say it's fast paced that's just because you will have to redo your work several times because they have no clue what they are doing. 2) You will have to pay for parking not to mention it's not close to the building unless you are an executive. 3) You are nothing more than a number and can be fired at any moment. Don't work here unless you have no other alternative and start looking for a new job as soon as you get here. There is no loyalty at all."

"Kids II is horrible company filled with horrible people. The leadership team and middle managers are dishonest and destructive. They use fear, intimidation and firings to motivate their teams, resulting in an astronomical turnover rate. Do not even consider working at Kids II. You'll be disrespected, demoralized and miserable. CEO is dishonest, delusional and crude. His complete lack of professionalism filters down through all leadership and management. He demands total obedience from all, and will have you eliminated if you disagree with him in any way. His unstable, volatile behavior and complete lack of business acumen is shocking and embarrassing. The President is malevolent and trusted by no one, and feared by all. The HR department is malevolent and trusted by no one and feared by all. Company culture is non-existent. You'd think that a toy company would foster a fun, supportive work environment, but Kids II creates only misery and suffering for its employees."
