"Inexperienced leadership decisions that cost 5 people their jobs. Leadership does not take any responsibility for the lack of knowledge that drove them to this discharge. That's correct, discharged implying they did something wrong when they did not. Good employees are dispensable, directions change weekly so your role may not fit Beware, this is so they can look good in front of the board vs owning up to their mistakes. A company can only do well if they do well by taking responsibility instead of pointing fingers. The head of talent is one of the biggest problems here running the company as he sees fit to keep his work and worries to a minimum, smart I guess."
