"I liked Certona, but in March of this year, it was bought out by a company called Kibo. Much of the culture has changed and I’m not even sure if they want me to stay, as they have hired overseas help for my position."
"Good place to get your foot in the door of your respective industry. However, the constant chaotic nature of the company is definitely a challenge. The master plan changes frequently and there is alarmingly high turnover. I reiterate it is a good place to learn and grow, but this is not a forever type of company."
