"Every day was a challenge. Management was disconnected and negative. Employees were uneasy. Daily action reviews. Lots of employee churn."

"Replace everyone at the senior management level and start over with a more positive team!"

"I like everything about the work experience, the only negative is that they have a policy on not hiring contractors."

"I would tell them to look over the policy of not hiring contractors, to see if the company could come to an agreement with Kforce to allow contractors to move to permanent positions."

"Many of the co-workers were great to work with. Interacting with potential consultants was the highlight of my day."

"While you are being interviewed 4 or 5 times, make sure you interview your direct manager. You will want to gauge the maturity level, true industry knowledge, and leadership skills; you do not want too work for a manager who will set you up for failure."

What don't you like about working at Kforce?

"If you are hard working but don't seem to fit in the Frat/ Sorority house mix, management will discriminate against you and find creative ways to remove you from the team; VPs don't seem to care because that is the culture they enjoy creating. Those who speak up are typically terminated, so never have a voice if you plan to work at Kforce."

"I would hire talented and mature management, not those that don't set positive examples, refuse to train or mentor, perform poorly yet praised and over compensated. I would understand that the success of the team is dependent on all members working together to accomplish the overall goal."

"I like the fact that they have weekly pay schedule."

"Candidates must be honest and forthcoming on their resume and during interviews."

"I think that contractor reps should meet monthly with contractor workers."

"There are so many employees now, your application does get noticed as often as it once did years ago."

"Casual dress code. Mix of physical and mental work. Chance to solve problems. Reasonable activity level (more busy than not). Feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day."

"There can be long periods between assignments - feast or famine."
