"They are an AVID / NLE reseller trying to reinvent themselves. They have good basic laborers for systems and cable installation. They lack expertise and infrastructure for tech support, project management, and project delivery. They cannot compete with Diversified or NTC. They do not have a CAD drafter on staff.
